Painter, Illustrator & World Builder
I am a Chilean painter and illustrator focused on worldbuilding and mythic storytelling. My background blends traditional painting, comic book illustration, and concept design. I specialize in creating narrative imagery for books, games, and visual development — works where light, form, and meaning converge.
My artistic voice combines the discipline of classical painting with the energy of contemporary fantasy illustration. Using both digital and traditional tools, I build scenes that feel tactile, layered, and illuminated from within — as if memory itself had taken form.
I draw inspiration from history, nature, and myth, as well as the timeless struggle between craft and spirit. Each painting is a conversation between order and chance, reason and intuition — a small act of invocation.
At the heart of my practice lies Lundrien Tales, a world shaped through the song of Hirundo, a dwarven bard who paints and remembers through sound. His music awakens stone, his light carves stories, and his mark —the blue rune— threads through all my work.
Through him, I explore the idea that art is not made, but remembered.
I welcome collaborations with those who value story-driven imagery, expressive realism, and worlds that feel ancient yet alive.
About my process.
My process begins by building a 3D reference scene — sculpting, posing, and lighting each element to design a strong and believable composition. From there, I translate the structure into paint, layer by layer, blending digital and traditional techniques.
This hybrid approach allows me to focus on gesture and storytelling while keeping the tactile presence of classical painting — where every brushstroke feels carved, not rendered.
